KLOPP READY TO LAUNCH RAMSEY MOVE

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is ready to launch a move for Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey ahead of the winter transfer window which reopens next month. This is according to Spanish media outlet Fichajes which reported thatall the parties involved namely Klopp, Ramsey and Juventus are keen for the transfer to go through.

Welsh national team star Ramsey has failed to nail down a place in the Juventus starting XI on a regular basis since he left Premier League club Arsenal to sign for the Old Lady on a free transfer two years ago. Aaron Ramsey is in his third season as a Juventus player and he has made just five appearances for the team in the Italian Serie A this season. The Welshman has a total of 112 minutes under his belt in the league this season.

Apart from Liverpool, Aaron Ramsey has also been linked with Premier League teams such as West Ham United, Everton and moneybags Newcastle United.

Klopp is a big admirer of Ramsey and he thought about making a move for him when the Welsh international left Arsenal as a free agent. The Liverpool manager could return for him in the winter transfer window.

Juventus star Aaron Ramsey is renowned for scoring goals consistently as a midfielder and that’s what has been missing since Klopp took charge of Liverpool though Thiago Alcantara and skipper Jordan Henderson have scored goals from midfield in recent games.  Spanish midfielder Thiago has two goals in his last three Liverpool games in all competitions, while Englishman Henderson scored the opening goal as Everton thrashed Liverpool 4-1 away from home in their Merseyside Derby clash in the league on Wednesday night. Mohamed Salah was the star of the game with two goals, while Portuguese forward Diogo Jota scored the fourth Liverpool goal. Demarai Gray was the player who scored the lone Everton goal.
